Privacy Policy

This explains what Perklet collects and why. We keep data collection deliberately minimal.

What we collect

• Merchants: your name, email, business name, category, and optional address and logo — to run your account and programme.
• Customers: your name and email (for sign-in), and the loyalty stamps and rewards you earn at businesses you join. We don't ask for date of birth, phone number, or address.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card details — only a Stripe reference to your subscription.
• Product analytics: a small set of anonymous usage events to understand and improve the funnel.

How we use it

To operate your loyalty programme, sign you in (via a one-time email code), take subscription payment, and support you. Your universal customer QR contains only an opaque code — never your identity, balances, or any ability to award yourself stamps.

Who sees it

A business only ever sees data for its own customers' participation in its own programme. We use trusted processors — Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and our hosting/database provider — and don't sell your data.

Your choices

You can close your account or request deletion of your personal data by emailing support@perklet.co.uk. Loyalty transaction records may be retained where needed for the businesses you interacted with.
