Terms of Service

These terms govern a merchant's use of Perklet, a digital loyalty platform for independent businesses. By creating a Perklet account you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary; please read it in full.

The service

Perklet lets a business run a stamp-based rewards programme. Customers join by scanning a QR code and present a universal Perklet code that staff scan to award stamps and redeem rewards. You are responsible for honouring the rewards you configure and for how your staff use the scanner.

Subscription & billing

Perklet costs £19/month, billed through Stripe. Your programme is live only while your subscription is active. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard billing portal; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment — email support@perklet.co.uk within 30 days of your first charge for a full refund. If a payment fails, your programme continues for a short grace period before new stamps and redemptions are paused; your data is never deleted and resumes when payment is restored.

Your data & customers

You may only use Perklet for your own business and may not access another business's data. Loyalty history is an append-only record; corrections are made by reversing entries, not deleting them.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to award stamps you aren't entitled to, or interfere with other businesses or customers. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Liability

Perklet is provided “as is” during early access. We work hard to keep it reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us.
